The Saturday
check-in procedure is different this year. Please read all the
information below and in your newsletters.

| Check in
before 8:00 am. |

There
will be a designated ‘sign-in’ table identified for this purpose. |

Initial
your space on the chart at the sign-in table. Your space number
is on the mailing label of your market newsletters. |

The Market
Attendent will high-light your name to indicate that you are
present. Your space will be assigned to a guest vendor
if the Market Attendent does not have you marked as present. |

Your
must check in with the Market Attendent to be designated 'present'.
Placing items in your space to indicate that you are present
is not enough. This is different from past years. Please
note the change. |

8:00
am is the cut-off time. If you are late, you will lose your
space. See below. |

The time
will be determined by the Courthouse clock. If the Courthouse
clock is not functioning, time will be determined by the Market
Attendent. |

| Changing
your space. |

To change
your space location for the daynot the seasonand
move to an open space not taken by another member, you may
do this before the assignment of guest spaces begins. |

Check
in with the Market Attendent before 8:00. At this time, confirm
that you would like to move. |

Your
name will be placed on the top-left corner of the spaces map. |

At 8:00
am, be at the sign-in table. You will choose an available
space here. A non-highlighted space indicates an available
space. |

| Late Members |
| - |
If a
member is LATE or NEGLECTS TO CHECK IN by 8:00 am, the Market
Attendent will give a guest priority over the member in the
event of a space conflict. No exceptions. |

If
this happens, RESPECT the guest vendor's right and the Market
Attendent's authority. Understand that the guest has the
right to the space.

Market
Rule #7 (approved since 2001) states: "Any Member who
has not occupied his or her reserved market space by 8:00
am shall forfeit that location if a guest vendor wishes to
rent the market space and pays the rental fee . . . The Market
Coordinator is not allowed to make special arrangements regarding
this rule with any vendor." |

Members and Guest Vendors are expected to obey the By-Laws Market
Rules. A copy for your review will be available at the check-in
